Welcome to Q.it Clinic Queue ("App"), developed and operated by Q.it ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile and web application designed for clinic queue management.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Phone number — used for authentication via OTP (Firebase Phone Auth)
Clinic name and details — provided during registration
Patient names and token numbers — entered by clinic staff during queue management
Doctor and staff details — name, role, assigned to clinic

Usage Data

App usage logs, session data, and device information collected automatically by Firebase
Payment transaction records (amount, date, method) stored in Firestore

3. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate users via phone number OTP
To manage and display the clinic queue in real time
To generate receipts and payment records
To provide analytics and reports to clinic owners
To manage subscription plans and process payments
To improve the App and troubleshoot issues

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to data is protected by Firebase Security Rules ensuring only authorized clinic staff can access their clinic's data.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Google Firebase — Authentication, Database (Firestore), Hosting. Firebase Privacy Policy
Razorpay — Payment processing for subscription plans. Razorpay Privacy Policy

These services may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies.

6. Patient Data

Patient names and token numbers entered into the App are used solely for managing the clinic queue and generating receipts. This data is accessible only to authorized staff of the respective clinic. We do not process or share patient data for any other purpose.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Clinic and patient data is retained for as long as your clinic account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

To delete your account: Go to Settings within the App and select "Delete Account", or email us at support@qit.clinic with your registered phone number. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

This App is intended for use by healthcare clinic staff and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
